After being one of the top performing offices in the First National network we were invited to join the Real Estate Results group, a selected group of high performing offices.

Real Estate Results is managed by Michael Shergold one of Australasian's top business advisors.To work with Real Estate Results we needed to trade as an independent, hence the change in name from Dunedin First National to 'cutlers'.

We have offices at 284 Stuart Street and 709 Great King Street.  The office at Stuart Street specialists in residential and commercial property selling between 10-15% of the local market and our Great King Street office has over 500 properties managed by us and our University Investment Sales Specialist Frank Cazemier.
